1 ounce Cynar 
¾ ounce Campari 
Grapefruit wedge
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.

1 oz Jalapeño Infused Tequila Blanco
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Cynar
1/2 St-Germain
Dash Bitter Truth Celery Bitters
Slice of cucumber
Top with Pacifico Beer
Shake first 7 ingredients together in an ice filled shaker and strain over one ice cube in a salt rimmed Pilsner glass. Top with Pacifico beer and garnish with a lime.
